Service Now Administrator
- Manchester (Hybrid) - Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Now Administrator to work within a global law firm on a permanent basis based in Manchester.
This role will support the rollout, administration and continuous improvement of the Service Now platform, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations while contributing to ongoing project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Service Now modules, including user and group management, access controls and data integrity.
- Configure and support Service Now modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge and Service Catalogue.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with support partners where required.
- Support integrations with third-party systems and tools.
- Maintain platform documentation, including configurations, workflows and procedures.
- Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests.
- Coordinate platform upgrades, changes and ongoing maintenance.
- Support business users with Service Now processes and best practice.
- Configure and schedule reports, notifications and system alerts.
- Manage CMDB health and support the creation and maintenance of user training materials.
Key Experience
- Proven Service Now administration and configuration experience.
- Knowledge of Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSO, WSD and LSD.
- Strong understanding of Service Now best practices.
- Experience supporting Service Now integrations with third-party systems.
- Experience configuring reports, notifications and platform administration.
- Experience managing and maintaining CMDB health.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of ITIL principles.
- Service Now certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist) desirable.
- Experience with in the legal sector desirable.
