Escode is hiring a Senior Tech Ops Engineer to contribute to the implementation, operation, monitoring and maintenance of global IT infrastructure and platforms. You will join a 24x7 operations team covering data centre assets, networking, security, hosting (cloud), storage, hypervisors, containers, backup and resilience.
You will act as second- or third-line support for incidents, problems and changes, while mentoring juniors and ensuring services are delivered with high quality and continuity.
