We're looking for a creative and proactive Junior UX Designer to join an innovative team where you'll help shape digital products while embracing the latest AI technologies.

Working closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams, you'll contribute to the design and continuous improvement of digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll also support content creation and social media activity, using AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

• Create user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Design clean, intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Utilise AI tools to accelerate design, research and content creation.
• Produce digital assets for websites, marketing campaigns and social media.
• Help maintain and evolve the company's design system.
• Stay up to date with emerging UX trends and AI technologies.

• Commercial experience in a UX, UI or Digital Design role (or a strong portfolio demonstrating your work).
• Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Comfortable utilising AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar) within your workflow.
• Experience creating content for social media or digital marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of UX principles, user-centred design and accessibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Knowledge of analytics or user behaviour tools.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and digital innovation.
