Join a leading independent technology and services provider as an IT Support Engineer (L3).Job Overview:

• Pay Rates:
• Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
• PAYE Basic Rate: £19.85/hour
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday.
• Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Our mobile pool team comprises 3 engineers covering the Leeds orkshire area for sickness, holiday cover, resource on demand requests and project requests.
• The team covers a number of different customer accounts, including government and banking customers, so you will be required to gain clearances for a number of different customers, including Government SC and DV.
• Senior Customer Engineers provide intermediate to advanced level desktop installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting services.
• Senior Customer Engineers can also provide basic Wintel server installation, configuration, administration, and break fix repairs.
• A Senior Customer Engineer is hardware and software skilled and accredited through the appropriate vendor training programmes.
