Odoo Support ​/ AMS Analyst Jobs | Odoo Partner | Henley Morgan

About the role:

A growing Odoo partner is expanding its application management services (AMS) team in Manchester and needs a Support / AMS Analyst to keep client systems running smoothly. You will be the friendly, expert first point of contact for a portfolio of businesses running live Odoo, resolving day-to-day issues, tuning configuration and helping customers get more from the platform. With Odoo adoption climbing fast across the North West, this is a stable, high-demand role at the heart of a busy support desk.

Key Responsibilities:

You will triage and resolve incoming tickets across Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting and Manufacturing, meeting SLA targets and keeping clients updated throughout. Day to day you will diagnose functional and configuration issues, reproduce and escalat defects to development where needed, apply small enhancements, and document fixes and knowledge-base articles. You will also run regular service reviews, spot recurring problems, and recommend improvements that reduce ticket volume over time.

What We’re Looking For:

We want someone with hands‑on Odoo support or functional consulting experience who genuinely enjoys solving problems for customers. Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules and business processes is essential, along with confident communication and a methodical, calm approach under a busy queue. Familiarity with ticketing tools, basic SQL for investigation, and an understanding of Python or Odoo Studio for light configuration are all welcome.
