Job Description & How to Apply Below

Introduction

Join List & Found as a Digital Marketing Apprentice and work towards a Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship while getting hands-on experience with real client work from the start.

You'll work across social media, written content, email marketing, websites, SEO and wider digital campaigns for a varied range of clients.

About the Employer

We're a Manchester digital agency based at Bonded Warehouse.

We're a small team, and we're proud of that. We work closely with our clients, they trust us, and we care a lot about producing work that genuinely makes a difference to their businesses.

You'll work directly alongside experienced people across SEO, PPC, content, digital strategy and account management. You won't be kept at arm's length from real client work, and you won't spend months simply watching other people do the job.

We work on a hybrid basis, but we genuinely like working together in our Manchester office too.

If you're ambitious, switched on, good with people and excited by the idea of becoming really good at digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Creating organic social content across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels
  • Planning and maintaining social and content calendars for clients
  • Writing, building, testing and scheduling email marketing campaigns
  • Turning campaign ideas and briefs into finished written, visual and digital content
  • Writing and editing website copy, articles, social posts, emails and campaign content
  • Supporting the creation of simple visual, video and photographic content where appropriate
  • Updating client websites and publishing content through CMS platforms such as Word Press
  • Carrying out keyword, competitor and content research
  • Supporting SEO, user experience and content optimisation
  • Making everyday website and content amendments
  • Helping deliver larger SEO, content and digital campaigns
  • Creating and adapting straightforward creative assets using tools such as Canva
  • Checking work carefully against client tone of voice, brand guidelines and any compliance requirements
  • Working with our SEO, PPC, content and account teams to get campaigns completed and live
  • Keeping client work organised and up to date in Click Up
  • Using performance data to understand what is working and help improve future activity
Training Outcome

The expected progression is into a permanent Digital Marketing Executive role. Our previous apprentice(s) followed this route, joining List & Found as an apprentice before progressing into a full-time executive position with increased salary, client responsibility and ownership of campaigns across social media, content, email marketing, SEO and website activity.

We see this apprenticeship in the same way: as the beginning of a long-term career with List & Found rather than a fixed-term training role. As the apprentice develops, they will move from supported delivery into independently managing regular client activity, taking briefs through to completion and developing stronger expertise across digital marketing.
