• Lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM WMS modules
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
• Configure and customise warehouse management processes within Dynamics 365 to meet operational needs
• Support end‑to‑end system implementation including design, build, testing, and deployment
• Drive process improvements across warehousing, inventory control, and logistics using Dynamics best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems
• Oversee testing cycles including SIT and UAT, ensuring successful delivery
• Provide go‑live support and post‑implementation optimisation to maximise system value

• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) with a focus on WMS
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 warehouse management capabilities including advanced warehousing
• Experience with configuration, customisation, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and logistics workflows
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, third‑party systems, and automation technologies
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across both business and technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in complex transformation environments
