Langley James HR & IT Recruitment is seeking a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst in the Manchester area (near Salford Central) to support end users with M365, Azure, and Intune. The role is hybrid, with a focus on hands-on, deskside assistance and relationship-building within a small IT team.
You will troubleshoot Windows and M365 environments, assist with Azure, Intune, and Entra , and escalate complex issues while maintaining strong user relations.
