BCN Group are seeking a 2nd Line Support Consultant to join the service desk in the UK with occasional travel to client sites. You will provide email and telephone technical support, resolve a wide range of issues and escalate requests to meet SLAs.
Our ideal candidate has MSP background experience and strong communication skills to update customers and account managers on progress. A passion for IT and customer service is essential.
