We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our world-class Product team.

Our in-house product team works in small, multidisciplinary teams designing and building features using the Shape Upmethodology. This gives us the autonomy to work in whatever way best achieves our goals, with design playinga central rolein shaping direction, not just executing it.

This role sits within Product in one of our three established feature teams and takes us to a total of 5 designers atVypr.

We’remaking it ourown,butwe’vebeen following Basecamp’s shapeupmethodologyand working to a6-weekdelivery cadence. As Senior Product Designer,you’lllead on design in the ‘Customer Delight’ team.

The work is interesting and varied: you’ll be tackling new features, defining design standards and patterns and contributing to our component library, working closely with product managers and engineers to turn shape and delivery features and with subject matter experts and customer research to keep decisions grounded in real user needs.
