You’ll be joining our Patient Services team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG
).The role is permanent and part time, we have three roles available, please see bottom of role for working pattern options:

Your future, your role
As a Patient Services Advisor, you'll be:
The first line of contact for practices and answering calls received by patients within the designated KPI’sEnsuring that all appointments are booked/amended/cancelled accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures
Building effective and successful working relationships with the practice teams to ensure that practice and patient problems are resolved quickly
Providing assistance and advice to patients within the designated scope of training provided
Providing help, support and excellent customer service to patients
You will:
Have great customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Time management skills
Be a confident IT user with experience working with Microsoft Office Be hard-working with a professional and proactive attitude.
Working pattern options:
Position 1 – 16 Hours Monday 8am – 12pmTuesday 8am – 12pmWednesday – Day Off Thursday – 1pm – 5pmFriday – 1pm – 5pmPosition 2 – 18 Hours Monday – Day Off Tuesday – 8am – 1pmWednesday – 8am – 12pmThursday 1pm – 5pmFriday 8am – 1pmEnjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about supporting our practices and ultimately heling the nation smile.
