Digital Marketing Manager
Location:
Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Forward Role is working with a global, fast-growth organisation to find a Digital Marketing Manager to drive B2B lead generation across their digital channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can own the full digital mix - from website and SEO through to email, social, and reporting - and connect it directly to pipeline.
You'll be joining a business that's scaling internationally, with the autonomy to shape how digital marketing supports commercial growth in a B2B environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Website management - owning content accuracy, UX, and ongoing optimisation, working with external partners on improvements
- SEO - keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical recommendations, and backlink strategy to grow organic visibility and traffic
- Google Analytics (SME level) - acting as the go-to expert on performance tracking and insight
- Email marketing - executing and optimising campaigns and segmentation within Hub Spot, benchmarking against industry standards
- Social media - managing organic and paid activity across channels
