The Role You’ll embed within high-performing engineering teams, driving agile delivery across complex, mission-critical software and cloud programmes. This is not a box-ticking agile role – you’ll be working with talented engineers and technical leads on some of the most sophisticated technology programmes in the UK.What You’ll Be Doing Facilitating agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement across delivery teams

Removing blockers and creating the conditions for engineering teams to do their best work Working across a portfolio spanning cloud, software, and data/AI programmes

Collaborating with technical leads, product owners, and senior stakeholders

Championing agile best practice within a complex, secure delivery environment

What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Scrum Master on software, cloud, or data programmes

Comfortable working within large, complex delivery environments

Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Experience in or exposure to national security, defence, or regulated environmentsDV clearance is an essential requirement for this role
