About CTI

Join 150+ strategists and specialists who refuse to settle, creating bold digital experiences for ambitious brands since 2004. We're a full-service digital agency delivering strategic consultancy, web development, and digital marketing to drive demand online. Using over two decades of industry experience, we provide next-gen solutions as part of lasting partnerships with hundreds of clients from Chester Zoo and Zip World to Balfour Beatty and Mind.

What makes us different

  • We break new ground. You'll work on innovative projects using the latest technologies before they hit the mainstream. We celebrate calculated risks and learn fast from every experiment.
  • We get stuck in together. Genuine collaboration across all departments. Your ideas matter here, regardless of your role or how long you've been with us.
  • We stay curious. Continuous learning is essential. You'll have dedicated time and budget for development, working alongside industry experts who are genuinely invested in your success.
  • We own it. Full accountability and autonomy over your work means you'll build client relationships, see real-world impact, and be recognised when you go the extra mile.

You’ll be joining our dynamic data function, sitting at the intersection of technical engineering and actionable business intelligence. We’re the minds behind the metrics, responsible for architecting the robust data pipelines that fuel our clients' growth and performance. We stay curious by constantly exploring new technologies and get stuck in by collaborating closely with our strategy, development, and marketing teams to turn raw data into transparent, high-impact insights.

If you love the challenge of clean data and delivering the evidence that proves client success, you'll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

As our Web Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for tracking user behaviour, measuring campaign performance, and building insightful, client-facing dashboards. You’ll live and breathe front-end tracking and marketing analytics, ensuring our clients have the technical foundations to make smarter business decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Tracking: Implement, audit, and manage complex Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups across multiple high-value client websites to support accurate data collection.
  • Web Analytics Mastery: Configure and maintain GA4 properties, ensuring every behavioral, conversion, and marketing event is captured with precision.
  • Compelling Visualisation: Design, build, and maintain clear, actionable dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI that translate raw numbers into meaningful stories.
  • Marketing

    Collaboration:

Partner with digital marketing teams to ensure tracking aligns with campaign goals and directly supports ROI.
  • Data Privacy & Governance: Ensure tracking compliance by managing consent tracking, Cookie Consent Mode v2, and adherence to data privacy best practices like GDPR.
  • Technical Foundations: While your heart is in the front-end, you’ll help oversee the flow of data into warehousing (like Big Query) to ensure reliable reporting pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Ownership: Translate complex data concepts into clear requirements and insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What experience you need to be successful

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be commercially minded, technically sharp, and naturally curious about how data drives human behaviour.

Key qualities and experience include:

  • Visualisation

    Skills:

Proven experience using Looker Studio and Power BI to build high-impact reports.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and administering Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • A Compliance Mindset: A clear understanding of data privacy and experience managing cookie consent platforms like One Trust or Cookiebot.
  • Broad Horizons: While focusing on the front-end, a beneficial understanding of SQL and data warehousing (e.g., Big Query) will help you see the bigger picture.
