You will act as a trusted advisor, working with customers, Sales, technical teams and vendors to design effective security solutions and deliver meaningful outcomes. Design security solutions that address customer requirements across people, technology and process.

Lead security briefings, technical reviews, discovery sessions and workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Build relationships with strategic and emerging technology vendors to stay ahead of the evolving cyber security market.

Work closely with Sales and technical teams throughout the discovery, implementation and review process.

Deliver enablement sessions and share knowledge and best practice across Saepio.

Support marketing activities, industry events and customer content, including public speaking and thought leadership.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded individual who is passionate about cyber security and enjoys understanding customer challenges and developing effective solutions.

You’ll be a confident communicator who can engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, present complex ideas clearly and work collaboratively across customers, vendors and internal teams. You’ll also be organised, curious and motivated to develop your knowledge in a fast-moving industry.

Our Requirements

A-Level or equivalent qualification, with 5+ years’ experience in the IT Channel, ideally within cyber security.

2+ years’ experience in a Subject Matter Expert role such as Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales or Technical Sales.

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Strong commercial aptitude, organisation and time management skills, with a collaborative approach and passion for continuous learning.

Cyber security, industry or vendor certifications.

Experience working within a cyber security services or managed security environment.

Experience presenting at customer or industry events.
