UX Copywriter

Join us as a UX Copywriter, helping shape clear, user-focused content and content design practices that make digital experiences easier to understand, navigate, and use. This role sits within a collaborative design environment, working closely with Product, Design, Research, and Business teams to deliver content that meets user needs while supporting business goals.

As a UX Copywriter, you will create, review, and improve content across digital journeys, ensuring every interaction is clear, consistent, and accessible. You will work across multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and help promote content standards and best practices across the business. You will also support content governance activities, contribute to the development of content design approaches, and help ensure high-quality outcomes across digital channels.

• Ability to create user-focused digital content and adapt tone and style for different audiences, channels, and customer journeys.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and incorporate feedback from a range of stakeholders.
• Editing, proofreading, and content quality assurance skills, supported by careful attention to detail and consistency.

• Experience working within a regulated or financial services environment, with an understanding of associated risks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with content governance, content standards, documentation processes, or Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), inclusive content design practices, and digital accessibility requirements.

• Conceptualisation, design and implementation of user-centric digital banking products and experiences, ensuring alignment with customer needs, industry best practices and business objectives. Monitoring impact of design post launch through relevant CX metrics. .
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, business analysts to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences. Efficiently communicate design rationale and advocate for user-centred design principles. Advocate and champion Design Principles within the organisation. .
• Development of interactive prototypes and wireframes to visualise design concepts and validate solutions. Iterate designs based on feedback, incorporating changing technical and business requirements and user feedback. .
• Evaluation of the technical feasibility,legal compliance,and potential risks associated with the development and launch of the new product. Securing governance oversite and providing design assurance.
