Are you a Data Engineer looking to build your experience across Microsoft Fabric and Azure while working on projects that have a genuine impact on the local community?

We’re partnering with a public sector organisation that is investing heavily in its Data and Digital function. This is a great opportunity to join a growing data team and play a key role in developing modern data solutions that support better decision-making across the organisation.

About the Role

You’ll work across the organisation’s Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platforms, helping to build and improve data pipelines, data models and analytics solutions. You’ll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, transform data and deliver reliable, scalable data products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and solutions across Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
  • Use SQL to extract, transform and manipulate data.
  • Work with Fabric components including Data Factory, Data Lake and Data Warehouse.
  • Support the development of data models and datasets for reporting and analytics.
  • Improve data quality, performance and reliability across the platform.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the organisation’s wider move towards modern, cloud-based data engineering.
