As a part of Capgemini Invent, the digital innovation and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of businesses through technology. We are seeking a Managing Consultant specializing in Service Now AI and Enterprise Automation to lead AI-driven transformation programs and expand our Business Technology portfolio.
Your RoleIn this position, you will define and deliver AI-first transformation initiatives on the Service Now platform. You will serve as a techno-functional subject matter expert, collaborating with clients to design, implement, and scale AI-enabled workflows using tools such as Now Assist, AI Control Tower, and Employee Works (Move Works). Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Delivery & Advisory: Define enterprise AI strategies, advise on AI operating models, and translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Design and implement AI Control Tower, agentic AI workflows, and define data and integration architectures.
- Conversational AI & Employee
Experience:
Support the adoption of Employee Works capabilities and design use cases leveraging conversational AI. - Transformation Delivery: Contribute to end-to-end transformation programs and ensure solution quality through governance.
- Business Development & Practice Contribution: Engage in proposals, support the development of AI-led offerings, and participate in thought leadership initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology-enabled transformation, with strong experience on the Service Now platform and a background in AI and automation. You should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
