AI & Data Transformation Specialist

As a UK-based AI and Data Transformation Specialist, you will work across both presales and postsales, driving adoption of AI Data platforms, Agentic Business Workflows and Intelligent Apps to drive customer transformation, from the start of an engagement and throughout its lifecycle. You will run ideation sessions with customer stakeholders, uncover the business use cases that matter most to them, and turn early art-of-the-possible conversations into initiatives that stick and grow.

This is a role for someone with a solid grounding in AI and Data who wants to build a career at the intersection of technology, consulting and commercial impact, working closely with both Sales and Delivery to turn opportunity into adoption. You will bring enough experience to be credible in front of customer stakeholders from day one, whilst continuing to develop deep AI and Data specialism as the role and market evolve.

Location and Working Pattern

• UK resident with existing right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Office, home or hybrid work, with travel to client sites across the UK, sometimes at short notice.
• Occasional travel to Poland and Lithuania to work with our analysis and delivery teams, and working overlap with colleagues in Central and Eastern European time zones.
