This is an opportunity to join a data consultancy working across marketing, media, and customer data. You'll work directly with clients, deliver analytics projects, and help turn data into clear business recommendations. This role requires hands on SQL as well as marketing analytics experience. The Company They are a data and analytics consultancy supporting organisations with measurement, reporting, and insight.

Their work spans marketing analytics, digital measurement, data strategy, and reporting. The team works closely with clients to solve business challenges using data.

The Role In this role they are looking for agency/consultancy background, SQL and experience working acorss customer and marketing analytics. You will:
* Lead analytics projects and act as the main point of contact for clients
* Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
* Analyse campaign performance across digital marketing channels
* Design and implement measurement frameworks and attribution approaches
* Manage GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementations
* Write SQL queries to extract and analyse data
* Use Python or R to automate reporting and analysis processes
* Support data quality, tracking, and governance initiatives
* Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders Your Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial experience in data analytics or digital analytics
* Advanced SQL skills
* Experience using Python or R for analysis and automation
* Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
* Knowledge of paid media reporting across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Tik Tok
* Experience building dashboards and visualisations
* Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

Desirable experience but not essential:
* Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) or Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)
* Big Query, Snowflake, or other cloud data platforms
* Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
* Data privacy and consent management frameworks
