We're partnered with an exciting tech business in Manchester that's growing quickly and looking to bring in a GTM Systems Engineer to support its commercial teams.

This role sits at the intersection of data, systems and sales, making sure the business has the right information, processes and tools in place to help teams perform at their best. You'll work closely with sales and commercial stakeholders, helping to improve reporting, streamline workflows and maintain the quality of data across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and improving data quality across CRM and GTM platforms
• Supporting data cleansing, enrichment and ongoing database maintenance
• Building reports and dashboards that help commercial teams make informed decisions
• Working closely with sales teams to understand challenges and improve processes
• Supporting lead management, routing and sales workflows
• Collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to improve systems and efficiency
