Ensure reliable people data, deliver productivity improvements through technology, and support operational and statutory reporting requirements.

What you’ll be doing
  • Act as the lead administrator and SME for the HRIT system, ensuring effective maintenance, governance, and user support.
  • Manage HR data and reporting, producing KPIs, bespoke reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through workflow optimisation, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Lead HRIT audits and implement best practice to maximise system effectiveness and compliance.
  • Develop process documentation, training materials, and coach colleagues in reporting and KPI processes.
  • Deliver audit recommendations and ensure HR systems and processes comply with UK legal requirements.
  • Design and maintain process flows and controls that support compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Provide statutory reporting data, including ONS submissions.
  • Support HR operational projects and contribute to the wider People & Culture and Transactional HR Services agenda.

We’re after someone who has:

  • Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, including system development, administration, and training.
  • CIPPLevel 5 qualified (or working towards completion).
  • Proven ability to produce bespoke HR reports and analyse KPI data from HRIT systems.
  • Experience working with dashboards, Business Objects, and data visualisation tools.
  • Highly accurate, organised, and methodical with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder support skills.
  • Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP) and HR/payroll systems such as IRIS Cascade.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Committed to continuous professional development and learning new HRIT and reporting technologies.

We know that great services start with great people. That’s why we’re committed to creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported, valued and able to grow. Alongside meaningful work and opportunities to develop, you’ll also benefit from:
