Business Resilience Lead - FTSE

We are seeking a Business Resilience Lead to strengthen our client's ability to prepare for, and respond to, major disruption. This is a practical, hands-on role covering business continuity, IT disaster recovery, crisis response and cyber resilience. We’re looking for a strong project professional who can bring common sense, sound judgement and calm decision-making when things go wrong.

If the whole system went down tomorrow, could you answer:

What’s happened? What do we do first? Who needs to act? What can continue? And what happens if it gets worse?

You’ll work across technology, operations, risk, security and senior leadership to make sure the business is genuinely prepared — not just equipped with a set of documents.

You’ll ideally have experience across business resilience, business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, cyber or major incidents, combined with strong project delivery skills.

Most importantly, you’ll be practical, credible and comfortable asking “what if?”
