The Role
You'll be supporting the broking team with the full range of day-to-day activity. Expect a mix of MTAs, renewal prep, gathering information from clients, updating Acturis, sorting invoices, and helping to keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.

As you grow in confidence, you'll gradually take on more responsibility, more client contact, and more technical work - with plenty of support from experienced brokers who want you to succeed.

What They're Looking For

Acturis experience is essential
Around 1 year (or more) in commercial broking or account handling
Someone switched on, organised, and keen to learn
Confident communicator who's happy dealing with clients and insurers
A genuine interest in progressing into a full broker or Account Exec role

Up to £32,000 depending on experience
Office-based to start, with hybrid a possibility later on
Full support with Cert CII and further development
