Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)

MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with a UK leading businesses based in Bolton. We are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Personal Injury Claims Handlers to help us shape and drive our Personal Injury Claims Handling team. You'll be handling your own claims files whilst acting upon opportunities for Intervention.

Personal Injury Claims Handler responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of domestic claims through to final settlement
Effectively prioritise own claims portfolio and team responsibilities
Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines at all times
