Role highlights
: servicing Insurance policies of any type, with responsibilities spanning administration, renewals, mid-term adjustments, speaking to clients on the phone and sometimes in person as well as via email, and looking after all aspects of their policy.

• Service Insurance policies of any type, including administration, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
• Communicate with clients via phone, in person, and email to manage policy needs.
• Look after all aspects of each client’s policy while maintaining high service standards.

• Experience in Insurance is preferred or similar relevant experience.

Salaries vary depending on experience and are negotiable; the company may offer higher levels for strong Insurance knowledge.

The role is office based and strictly Monday to Friday.
