• Commission typical £500 - £1,200 per month
• All leads provided – warm, qualified enquiries
• Hybrid working after training (2 days office)

You’ll be advising clients on protection products, building trusted relationships and delivering a high-quality, compliant service. This is consultative – focused on understanding client needs and recommending the right cover, not cold calling.

• Experience with in financial services, mortgages or insurance
• Proven background in protection sales
• Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
• Motivated, professional and target-driven
