Key Responsibilities- Underwrite and manage complex schemes, business and broker referrals.
- Drive profitable portfolio growth alongside senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key broker partners.
- Support and influence the underwriting strategy and sector development.
- Proven experience in a similar underwriting role.
- ACII qualified or working towards qualification.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability.
