This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in claims and who wants to be more than a post box - you’ll be handling a mix of commercial claims, providing day-to-day support to clients and colleagues while managing cases through to resolution.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing your own caseload of commercial claims, including Property, Liability, and Motor Fleet
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, insurers, and adjusters throughout the lifecycle of each claim
- Providing timely updates, guidance and support to ensure clients understand the process and feel supported
- Recording and managing all case details accurately, maintaining an effective diary system and claims reporting
- Preparing MI and claims summaries for internal teams and clients as needed
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience in a claims handling role (commercial preferred, but personal lines will be considered)
- Confidence working directly with clients and external partners
- Good time management and attention to detail
- A calm, measured approach—especially when clients are under pressure
- Willingness to develop further through training and on-the-job learning
