Aviva is hiring a Claims Handler to support landlords, tradespeople and SME customers through the commercial property claims journey, from first notification through to settlement.
You will manage end-to-end claims, coordinate repairs and payments, and keep customers, suppliers and stakeholders informed through proactive communication, while using multiple systems to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
