- Promote a culture of compliance by raising awareness of compliance and regulatory matters
- Ensure complaints are investigated promptly, fairly and in line with all company procedures
- Analyze complaints, providing insights on product and service performance
- Support the Complaints Manager in providing accurate complaint data
- Collaborate with Compliance Function to train staff on complaint processes
- Support regulatory complaint reporting and managing complaints from start to finish

- CII a plus in lieu of business experience
