Digital Product Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and efficient support for digital insurance products across multiple platforms
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to digital products, collaborating with the development team for complex problems.
• Monitor digital product performance and user feedback to proactively identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Ensuring all data uploads are done on a daily basis across all products
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with digital products
• Supporting the Digital Underwriting Lead in delivering new products and applications
• Liaise and escape to specific line of business underwriting teams when Underwriter referral is required.
• Develop a basic understanding of the Underwriting principles behind each of the digital products offered
• Stay current on regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in digital underwriting
• Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders
• Understand all appropriate lines of escalation and the responsibilities of the Product Conduct Risk Strategy Group (PCRSG), Underwriting & Claims Sub Committee (UCSC), ExCo and Board for Conduct Risk.

• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and digital compliance standards.
• Familiarity with insurance platforms and APIs
