Full-time, permanent Spotlight Jobs are seeking an experienced SME Commercial Account Handler to join a growing Liverpool team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys managing a varied commercial portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse SME commercial portfolio, including New Business, Renewals and MTAs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders. Provide clear, professional advice on cover, terms and risk placement. Prepare and issue documentation accurately and within required time frames. Work closely with Account Executives to support client retention and growth. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.

About You Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler within SME or similar commercial lines. Confident handling policies such as Commercial Combined, Property Owners, Liability, Motor/Fleet and Package products. Strong communication skills with a client-first approach. Highly organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience using Acturis essential.
