Localization Specialist I

• Translate and proofread game and marketing content for Latin American Spanish. Maintain translation memory and terminology databases.
• Collaborate with external & internal teams to deliver high‑quality localized content on schedule.
• Support testing efforts to ensure localized content displays correctly and feels natural in context.
• Act as the primary contact for language‑specific questions and contribute to the development of glossaries and style guides.
• Embrace a growth mindset and actively share knowledge with teammates and vendors.

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker with a translation degree or equivalent experience and strong understanding of regional Spanish variations across Latin America.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style skills in Spanish.
• Experience with localization, game translation or linguistic QA with strong emphasis on reviewing content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Experience using CAT tools (such as MemoQ) and CMS platforms.
• A good understanding of LQA tools, Localization workflows and testing best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams and external vendors.
• Ability to follow processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Attention to detail and a quality‑first mindset.
