• Prioritize linguistic tasks for various types of documents based on production needs and subject‑matter expertise.
• Adhere to Trans Perfect’s quality standards to meet client expectations.
• Complete all required trainings for Associate Linguists, including subject‑matter certification, technical tools, TPT production processes, and quality assurance.
• Use company resources (Confluence, Launchpad, technology, etc.) to support work.
• Execute all linguistic tasks according to project specifications, referencing project instructions, reference materials, translation memory, glossary, style guide, etc.
• Follow internal and client processes on all projects.
• Work under close supervision of the Team Lead or a more senior team member.
• Achieve quality and efficiency targets set by manager or supervisor.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by manager or supervisor.

• Native‑level fluency of English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
• Cultural knowledge in both Hebrew and English.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and a fast‑paced work environment.
• Strong multitasking ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks; results‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Professionalism and focus under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and/or a translation certificate.
• Successful completion of the Internal Linguistic Testing as part of Trans Perfect’s TLC program.
• Experience in translating, proofreading, or copywriting within life‑science content considered plus.
