Persona:Mobile/Field Based Worker:
Contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident home, estates etc, with ad hoc office attendance as required
Working Pattern:7.25-hour day shifts between 6 am to 9 pm, with alternate weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Additionalpayments include 50% extra for weekend shifts and 20% extra for early morning and late evening weekday shifts

Your Impact in the Role:- Emergency Response & Call Handling
:
Monitor and respond to emergency calls in our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), ensuring prompt and professionalassistanceto vulnerable clients. - Installation & Maintenance
:
Install andmaintaintelecare alarm equipment using basic DIY skills, ensuring customers can access help at the press of a button. - Customer Interaction & Support
:
Deliver exceptional customer service, assess client needs, and connect them with relevant support services through effective communication. - Collaborative Work & Reporting
:
Work closely with external partners like the Police and Social Services,maintainingaccuraterecords and adhering to data protection policies. - Equipment Review & Emergency Visits
:
Conduct regular reviews of equipment and customer needs, and provide on-siteassistanceduring emergencies using specialized tools. - Fleet Management
:
Perform safety checks andmaintainemergency response vehicles, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Awareness of Vulnerable Customer Needs:Ability toidentifybarriers faced by older and vulnerable clients and provide appropriate support.
