A highly respected, commercial law firm based in Greater Manchester is looking to expand its Commercial Property Team.

Acting for a diverse range of large corporates and local businesses, you will be engaged in an interesting range of instructions. Ensuring excellent skills and career development, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload as well as assisting lead partners on significant transactions and projects.

Within this cohesive team, you will receive guidance and mentoring. The quality of work and commercial client base compares extremely well with large, city centre law firms. Typical instructions include:

• Acquisitions and Disposals of Commercial Premises
• Leasehold Premises including retail, office, industrial, bars, and restaurants
• Renewals, subletting, assignments, and transfers
• Property finance, secured, and bridging loans
• Pension investment
• Development of sites & Redevelopment projects
