A highly regarded Legal 500–ranked law firm in Manchester is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE to join its growing and well-established employment team.

The Role

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload, advising both employers and senior employees on the full range of employment law matters, including:

• Contentious and non-contentious employment issues
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• TUPE and restructures
• Employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

You will have direct client contact, work closely with partners, and play a key role in developing long-term client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in employment law
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Confident managing matters independently with appropriate supervision
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within a respected firm
