Real Estate Solicitor

I'm currently working with a Top Tier, Top 20 global law firm on a Senior Associate opportunity within its Real Estate team in Manchester. This is an excellent chance to join one of the largest and most established real estate practices in the market, acting on complex, high-value work for a blue‑chip client base.

This role sits within a highly regarded commercial real estate team, advising a mix of investors, developers and occupiers across a broad range of sectors. You will have real responsibility from day one, exposure to market‑leading clients and the opportunity to play a visible role within the wider team and firm.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Managing high-quality commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion
• Advising on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work and estate management matters
• Taking ownership of client relationships and delivering pragmatic, commercial advice
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
• Contributing to business development initiatives and wider sector activity

This role would suit a commercially minded real estate solicitor who is looking to step into a more prominent, client‑facing position within a global platform.

You will ideally have:

• Around 4+ years' PQE in commercial real estate
• Strong technical ability with a practical, solutions‑focused approach
• Experience managing matters with a good level of autonomy
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and building long‑term relationships
• An interest in business development and wider team involvement
