The Role:

This is a standout opportunity for a2-5 PQE Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a premier practice. You will act for Registered Providers and housing associations across the North West on a varied caseload that directly contributes to community regeneration and the delivery of affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on complex residential development projects, site acquisitions, and strategic land options.
• Handling regeneration schemes, commercial leases, and a full range of property transactions within the social housing context.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality, pragmatic legal advice.
• Working within a supportive, multi-disciplinary national team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified lawyer with solid post-qualification experience in property law.
• Direct experience acting for Registered Providers (RPs) is a significant advantage.
  
  Candidates with a strong private practice development background and a genuine passion for transitioning into the social housing sector will also be considered.
• Strong technical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• A commercial, client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
