Senior Associate - Real Estate

Are you an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lawyer looking to progress your career within a highly regarded national firm? We’re excited to be recruiting for a Tier 1 law firm in Manchester with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on career growth.

This role offers a broad variety of commercial real estate work, allowing you to gain exposure to high-quality, complex transactions for a large and diverse client base. You will work closely with industry leading Partners, supporting their growing sub-team, which delivers first-class service to first-class clients.

This is not your typical institutional client work – you’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, work across diverse sectors, and develop business connections. You'll be supported in your business development initiatives and have the chance to rapidly progress your career in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Running transactions with appropriate levels of supervision
• Building and developing client relationships to enhance future business opportunities
• Handling a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and development
• Assisting with the growth and development of key client relationships alongside partners

Ideally you will be 4-8 years PQE and have a solid career in mainstream commercial real estate. Strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to handling transactions. A personable individual with excellent rapport-building skills and commercial acumen. You will also have an appetite to engage in business development and client relationship management.
