Commercial Property Solicitor – Senior Associate (Manchester)

Location:

Manchester – Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

You’ve built your career in commercial property law, managing high-value transactions and demanding clients with ease. But you’re ready for more—more recognition, more progression, and more impact.

• You’ll be part of one of the largest full-service Real Estate / Commercial Property teams in the world
  —where property law isn’t a side offering, it’s 25% of the firm’s work.
• You’ll be trusted to lead day-to-day client relationships on major occupier and investor matters, with exposure to big-ticket national and international deals.
• You’ll have the resources, tech, and team support to focus on the law—not firefighting admin.

• £70,000 – £95,000 salary + discretionary bonus + chargeable hours bonus (up to 10% of salary).
• Hybrid working – 3 days in the Manchester office, 2 from home.

You’ll handle a varied, high-quality caseload including:

• Major commercial property transactions for leading occupiers and investors.
• Strategic client relationship management.
• Business development to grow key accounts.
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.

• 4+ years PQE in commercial property / Real Estate (we’ll consider strong applicants with slightly less).
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload and collaborate across teams.
• Strong technical knowledge + commercial acumen.
• An adaptable, solutions-driven approach—comfortable using legal tech.
