Real Estate Solicitor | Manchester | 5+ Years PQE |

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor to join our national client in their Manchester office. This role offers the chance to work within a market‑leading, national real estate team known for its sector expertise, technical excellence, and collaborative working culture.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across multiple UK offices on high‑value and complex Real Estate matters, with strong support and seamless integration between teams.

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to work in a flexible and fast‑paced environment with exposure to major clients, cutting‑edge transactions, and innovative legal service delivery methods.

• Leading on investment sales and acquisitions across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.
• Advising on a broad range of asset management and landlord and tenant matters, including large‑scale redevelopments.
• Supporting financing and corporate real estate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating legal documents with precision and commercial awareness.
• Delivering practical, commercially focused advice aligned with client objectives and legal frameworks.
• Helping to build and develop long‑standing relationships with a varied client base, including institutional investors, private equity funds, and property companies.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture.

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE within Real Estate Law, is commercially aware, and has excellent time management, communication and client care skills.
