Industrial Disease Solicitor - Manchester - Hybrid - up to £55,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a growing and dynamic Industrial Disease team. You will manage a varied and challenging caseload focused on Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), Noise‑Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), and Short Tail claims, gaining specialist experience in one of the most technical areas of Personal Injury law.

This role is perfect for a solicitor with experience in Personal Injury litigation and a keen interest in industrial disease claims. You will take ownership of your cases, conducting detailed investigations into liability and quantum, reviewing medical and employment records, drafting legal documents, and instructing experts as required.

This role offers excellent client‑facing opportunities, allowing you to build relationships with insurers, experts, and claimants, while honing your technical expertise in industrial disease matters.

The Candidate
  • Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor, with experience in Industrial Disease claims
  • Solid understanding of the litigation process, from instruction through to resolution
  • Strong academic background and commitment to continuous professional development
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly when reviewing medical and employment records
