Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive Contract Type: Full time / Part time will be considered

Our Client are looking for motivated Solicitor, licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a passion for property law and client care to join our residential property teams in Tunbridge Wells

• Handle a variety of property conveyancing matters – freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership & land transactions.
• Liaisewithestateagentsandfinancialadvisorstoensuresmoothtransactions.
• Deliverclear,client-friendlyadviceoncomplexlegalissues.
• Managefinancialsincludingcashflow,quotations,andbilling.
• Build strong,lastingclientrelationshipsandcontributetobusinessdevelopment

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 1 – 8 years
  
  PQEinresidentialpropertylaw.
• Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
• Ateamplayerwithapositiveattitudeandadrivetoexceedclientexpectations.
• Tech-savvyandopentolearningnewtoolsandtechniques.
• Experienceincommercialpropertyisabonus

• £45k – £58k(FTE) depending on experience (pro-rata for part- time)
