A leading, Legal 500-ranked Real Estate team in Manchester is looking to appoint a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (4+ PQE) at Associate or Senior Associate level.

This opportunity offers exposure to complex, strategic property matters within a nationally recognised practice that continues to invest in its Manchester growth.

You will join a well-established and highly regarded team advising on a broad mix of commercial property matters, including:

• Development and forward-funding transactions
• Investment acquisitions and disposals
• Portfolio and asset management
• Landlord and tenant work (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Strategic, sector-led property projects

The client base is diverse and high calibre, including:

• National and regional developers
• Institutional investors and property funds
• Infrastructure and telecoms providers
• Leisure, retail and commercial occupiers

You will benefit from meaningful client contact, early responsibility and direct Partner access, within a genuinely supportive and collaborative team environment.

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ PQE
• Strong background in mainstream commercial real estate
• Technically confident and commercially aware
• Comfortable managing transactions with appropriate supervision
• Keen to play a role in business development and long-term client growth

This role would suit an Associate looking to step into a more substantial platform, or a Senior Associate seeking higher quality work and clearer progression prospects.
