As Paralegal you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment, assisting with complex fraud and motor litigation cases for a wide variety of clients. The successful candidate will assist senior fee earners on Fraud & Motor claims.

The position offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with the expectation to be in either the Manchester or Birmingham office one to two days per week.

• Assist fee earners with a diverse caseload of fraud motor cases, from inception to resolution
• Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses
• Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.
• Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.
• Review and assess motor insurance claims, identifying potential fraud indicators.
• Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.
• Researching to support legal strategies and case development

• Previous paralegal experience handling in your own right or assisting on
  fraud
  or
  motor insurance claims
  .
• Strong knowledge of the UK legal system and civil litigation process
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and using case management software.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
