THE FIRM

An expanding Manchester law firm which also has City offices.

A Property and Finance Litigation Solicitor is sought to join the firm's rapidly growing Manchester litigation department.

The successful candidate will demonstrate technical knowledge commensurate to their experience, as well as a pro‑active approach to risk management.

Client care is a priority and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate when they have gone over and above to provide exception quality service to the client. They will be keen to progress and grow within the department.

You will be handling high quality, challenging work for high calibre clients ranging from individuals or companies to private lenders.

You will be assisting the Partner, so the ability to work independently within the protocols of the firm / SRA is vital.

A solicitor NQ-5pqe you will need experience of:

• Debt recovery.
• Commercial and/or Property Litigation.

Preferred Experience will include:

• Receivership/Insolvency work
• Mortgage Possession Claims
• Experience in acting for Finance company clients
