The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a talented Employment Solicitor to join our top-tier Employment team in Manchester. You will work closely with a Partners on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with early exposure to high-quality work and direct client contact.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising employers and senior individuals on a full range of employment law matters
- Managing contentious matters including Employment Tribunal claims and litigation
- Drafting and advising on contracts of employment, service agreements, policies and procedures
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and restructuring processes
- Supporting on complex advisory work such as TUPE, corporate transactions and reorganisations
- Negotiating settlement agreements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and profile-raising activities
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Ideally 2-6 years' PQE in employment law (flexible depending on experience)
- Strong technical knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Experience gained at a reputable regional, national or City firm
- Excellent drafting, communication and client-handling skills
- Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Ambitious, motivated and keen to progress within a leading practice
