You'll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing

• Residential Conveyancer to own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Building relationships with clients, agents and introducers
• Delivering a proactive, solutions-focused service
• Contributing to the continued growth of the department

What we're looking for

• Experienced Residential Conveyancer/Licensed Conveyancer/Solicitor/Legal Executive
• Confident running files independently
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-first mindset
